Intellectual property

The original briefs, market reports, page designs, text and graphics we publish are the intellectual property of TLT, except for third-party material (such as source headlines, logos, coin images and licensed data) which belongs to its respective owners. You may read, quote briefly with a link back, and share links to our pages. You may not republish our original content wholesale, or copy it in a way that competes with or substitutes for TLT, without our written permission.

Data & API use

Market data shown on TLT is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their terms. You may not scrape the site at a rate or scale that burdens our infrastructure, nor resell our data or feeds as your own product. Any public TLT API is offered under its own documented terms and limits; abusive or excessive automated access may be rate-limited or blocked.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use TLT to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the site’s operation or other people’s use of it.
