According to the notification signed by Jamila Shabnam, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, this appointment order will become effective immediately.
Son of famous journalist Osman Jani. Nasimul Jani is known as an honest, efficient and intelligent officer of the 1982 batch administration cadre. After completing his studies from Mirzapur Cadet College, he obtained a master’s degree in economics from Dhaka University.
Doctor in his career. Nisimul Jani served as Deputy Commissioner of Jamalpur and Additional Deputy Commissioner of Chapinawabganj. He served in foreign missions in Iraq and Jordan. Besides, Director General of Bangladesh Television UNIPORT, former Speaker of the National Parliament, Barrister Md. Zamiruddin also served as Private Secretary to the Government, Joint Secretary to the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, and Private Secretary to the President.
