Corrections Policy

Corrections Policy

Token Liberty Times is committed to accuracy, transparency, and editorial accountability across our cryptocurrency, blockchain, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Web3, and digital asset coverage. Because crypto markets move quickly and new facts can emerge after publication, we maintain a clear corrections process to keep our reporting fair, current, and trustworthy.

How We Review Reported Errors

If a reader, source, company representative, or newsroom contributor identifies a possible factual error, omission, broken citation, or misleading statement, our editorial team reviews the concern as quickly as possible. We examine the original article, the cited material, and any newly available evidence before deciding whether a correction, clarification, update, or editor’s note is required.

What We Correct

  • Incorrect facts, dates, names, prices, token details, and company information.
  • Misstated legal, regulatory, or policy references.
  • Headline or summary wording that creates a misleading impression.
  • Broken or misattributed source references.
  • Material updates that substantially change the context of a story.

How Corrections Are Published

When a significant factual correction is made, we update the article and add a clear note explaining what changed. Minor edits for grammar, formatting, style, or readability may be made without a formal correction notice when they do not affect meaning. If a developing news story changes materially, we may also add an update note with the relevant date and time.

Editorial Standards

Token Liberty Times does not remove accurate reporting simply because a person, project, or company objects to unfavorable coverage. We correct verified errors, improve unclear wording, and update developing stories when the facts change. We do not retroactively alter published reporting in a way that would hide the historical record of a story.

How To Request a Correction

If you believe an article contains a factual error or requires clarification, please contact our editorial team with the article URL, the issue you found, and any supporting source material. Send requests to contact@tlt.ng. For urgent newsroom issues, you may also use our Contact Us page.

Response Commitment

We aim to review legitimate correction requests promptly. Complex issues involving legal, regulatory, or market-sensitive claims may require additional editorial review before changes are published. Our goal is always to improve the accuracy and trustworthiness of our coverage for readers.
